About OT-Me.
Stephanie Clarke-Jennings is a dedicated occupational therapist with more than 12 years of experience in her field. Her qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, a PgDipEd, and an Ms Advanced Occupational Therapy. Beyond her professional qualifications, Stephanie is also a mother of five children, all with varying needs, which gives her a unique perspective on parenting and understanding diverse family dynamics.
Having ADHD herself, Stephanie brings a personal understanding of neurodivergence to her practice. This lived experience allows her to empathise with and effectively support individuals with similar conditions. Additionally, her experience as a parent of children with diverse needs has further honed her understanding of the challenges families face, particularly in navigating healthcare systems and accessing necessary support services.
Recognising a significant issue in Australia regarding occupational therapy wait times, (estimated 80,000 chidlren awaiting assessment), Stephanie established her company, Multi-Coached for clinical services for children and teens, in 2023 and then her second company, OT-Me in 2024, which aims to further address this problem by providing timely access to occupational therapy interventions through an innovative online platform. Through Multi-Coached and OT-Me, Stephanie endeavors to make occupational therapy more accessible and efficient for individuals and families across Australia, leveraging her expertise and personal insights to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients.
